How It Works

There are two ways to use Calendar Happy:

Method One: Using Mail and Calendar Happy

  • Install Calendar Happy on your iPhone.
  • iOS 4.2+
    • Receive a meeting invitation with an .ics attachment, such as mime-attachment.ics.
    • Hold your finger down on the ics file in Mail until the "Open in CalHappy" button appears. Tap it and the meeting details will display.
    • You can edit the event details if you like, or just tap Done to add it to your calendar.
Method Two: Using Safari, Web-Mail Account and Calendar Happy

  1. Install Calendar Happy on your iPhone.
  2. Use Safari to access your web mail such as Gmail or Yahoo Mail.
  3. Receive a meeting invitation with an .ics attachment, such as mime-attachment.ics.
  4. Open .ics attachment in Calendar Happy.
  5. Calendar Happy displays the details of your meeting. You may edit the details.
  6. Tap the Done button to add the meeting to your calendar or tap Cancel.
